British Airways
In South Africa, British Airways operates flights from Cape Town, Johannesburg, Durban and Port Elizabeth. It also operates flights from Europe to South Africa, so despite it not being a local low-cost carrier, if you are flying from Europe, it may make sense to bundle all your flights on BA. British Airways often offers prices that are on par with the budget carriers, so it’s worth checking out either way.

- Port Elizabeth to Johannesburg (and return)
- Johannesburg to Port Elizabeth, Cape Town, Durban and Kruger Mpumalanga

Payment
Payment can be made online with a credit card. The average cost of a flight from Johannesburg to Cape Town is about 1700 Rand round trip, which puts the price on par with the other low cost regional carriers.
Luggage
